Cape Banks Explorers Run

This run has everything - coastal tracks, forest trails, sand running, rock-hopping, cliff-crawling, golf ball dodging, bullet ducking and a main road time-trial.

This run offers something for everyone. We follow the coast tracks and trails south through Malabar Headland National Park to Cape Banks and Henry Head. The return trip is a flat road run via Anzac Pde and Randwick Environment Park. The total run will be about 25-28km, but will vary depending on path options, riffle range, tides, etc

If you want to add a few extra k's I will be starting from Clovelly Beach at 12.10pm and running 2.5k to CBH. Parking is easier at Clovelly.

Please bring nutrition and water as there are long sections without water on the track.

We will start and finish at the Coogee Bay Hotel.

Parking is a pain in Coogee. Best bet is to bike, bus or taxi.
