About the event
Six days of rock-solid training:
- Swimming most days including a few double swim days.
- Two long rides and two other rides.
- A few good trail runs as well as the occasional brick run.
- A group dinner and a group lunch with Jason Shortis for his race day tips
- Approximately one-thousand coffees and tri-chat.
