Seac Coastal Tracks & Anzac Dash Long Run
In the spirit of the ANZAC Seac Studio is hosting a long run down the coast of the eastern suburbs and back along ANZAC Parade!

About the event
Starting in Centennial Park we will make our way to Coogee Beach. From here we will hug the coast to Malabar Headland National Park and then on to Little Bay Beach. We will then accidentally traverse a golf course into Botany Bay National Park to the famous Cape Banks and Henry Head.
We then run the 11km length of Anzac Perade, in the Anzac memory back to the park. This will be an optional time trial consisting of 2x 5km TT with a 1k recovery in the middle.
Approx 21k to Henrys Head via coastal trails
