About the event
This is a fabulous run through the Blue Mountains. Making the run even better is the fact thats its predominantly downhill.
We meet at Glenbrook Station at 10.15am. Approximately 1.20hr drive time from Bondi or catch the 8.54am train from Central.
From Glenbrook we take the 10.20am train to Woodford. We start the run from the moment we depart the train (so be ready to run).
Please have all your hydration and nutrition needs with you from the start.
